WELCOME MESSAGE

The Community Health Center (CHC) (Butte Silver-Bow Primary Health Care Clinic) has been serving southwest Montana by providing medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services to people of all ages since 1986.

We have three site locations in rural Montana that include Butte, Dillon, and Sheridan.

Butte, Montana, is located at 5,280 feet, a mile high, at the base of the Continental Divide. The area provides outdoor activities all year round; from skiing to fishing to boating. The town itself is a historic landmark, representing the history of the mining traditions that founded this area of the country.

Dillon is a small ranching community located in a valley surrounded by mountains. With a population of about 5000 and a total county population of 8,984, it is famous for sheep ranching, local rodeos, and a small college of the Montana University System.

Sheridan is a small community located in the Ruby Valley next to some of the nation's best trout fishing streams. Its population fluctuates between 700-800 people depending on the season of the year. This is ranch country with one main street but with all the amenities of any modern community.
